This Swedish Coat of Arms was done at the party celebrating the end of Sweden week at the Four Seasons in Seattle. It was 90 inches tall and weighed more than 2800 pounds.

International competition win!

Steve and teammate Aaric Kendall recently won first place in Banff Canada at the 16th Annual Ice Magic Festival held at the the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise on January 24th 2010.

Here is the view from his carving site. It was a three day fifteen block competition.
There were 13 teams from all around the world.

The title of the piece was "Victory Dance".
This piece won First Place and Carvers Choice.
If you have never been there it is possibly one of the most beautiful places in the world.
